1. How long will it take for my gift to be shipped?

We usually ship all gifts within 1-3 working days after the placement of the order.

We deliver all over Greece. International shipments are available but are subject to additional costs.

5. Return and Exchange Policy:

As each gift at White Olive Gifts is hand curated, all sales are final. However, we stand by our products and should a gift arrive in anything but perfect condition, we will gladly exchange it for you.

In the event of a damaged gift, please contact us at orders@whiteolivegifts.com within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping costs for the product return to our warehouse is at our expense and you can use the Post Office. We will then handle the shipping costs for the deliver of the new product. 6. What happens when I provide my email at the homepage sign up?

When you provide your email at the sign up via the homepage you will receive a voucher code with which you can get at 15% discount with your next order. Furthermore, you sign up to our newsletter through which we are sharing our news about new arrivals, charity updates, and many more.

7. Do you make custom client gifts?

Yes, we do. Please contact us at orders@whiteolivegifts.com to tell us more about your idea so we can create the perfect gift for you.

8. Will the recipient be able to see any pricing information?

Our shipments do not include any receipts or prices. The sender is the only one who knows the total cost of the gift and your receipt or invoice will be emailed to you directly.

9. What’s inside each gift box being shipped?

All gift boxes contain described products. In the very rare occasion where one product is not available we will replace it with something theme fitting and of the same or higher value.

10. Do the gift boxes come with a note?

Yes, all gift boxes come with a note. Click on “Note” when you are ready to check out to leave a personalized message which will then be handwritten and attached to the gift for the recipient.

11. How do I use my discount code?

Upon check out add your discount code into the “Voucher Code” field and the discount will be applied to the rate before taxes.
